The rumors are true - AEBN and Naked Sword have merged to
create a new dynamic force in the VOD market. But what does that mean for our
affiliates? AEBN will be welcoming Naked Sword affiliates into our network with
minimal fuss and headache. AEBN will also be taking over the bookkeeping and
payouts for both companies, so if you're an affiliate of both Naked Sword and
AEBN, don't be surprised to find two checks from us!

AEBN representative Stιphane Marchand will be in Belgium the
first week of the month for the 15th annual International Erotica
Festival in Brussels. Taking place over four days starting February 1st, the
show will host exhibitors from all over Europe, as well as some of the biggest
names in adult. For any of our European affiliates who plan to attend this
event, it will be an amazing time!
XBIZ Hollywood '07 Conference
is the adult entertainment industry's next-gen annual conference. Set against
the Hollywood glamour of the Roosevelt Hotel and coinciding with the highly
anticipated 2007 XBIZ Awards, XBIZ Hollywood will unite the power centers of the
industry for two full days of intensive workshops, seminars, and networking
opportunities. AEBN, who is also acting as one of the event's sponsors, will
have representatives on hand for this unique event and hope to see many of you
there! XBIZ Hollywood '07 Conference takes place February 7th and 8th in
Hollywood, California.
Taking place in South Lake Tahoe, Nevada February
8th through the 11th, the Webmaster Access Getaway promises to be as fun
and enlightening as its predecessors. AEBN's Michael Herman will be representing
the company at this event, so be sure to be on the lookout for him if you're
going to be there!
Hailed as the first annual gay adult entertainment
summit, the GAYVN Summit is designed to bring leading professionals from
all sectors together to participate in sensual-themed seminars, specialty
functions, and off-site evening parties. The Summit is all about fusing vision
with practice, developing insight and solutions. Additionally, the show reflects
the explosive growth in gay adult entertainment, encompassing everything from
additional revenue streams to the latest technology and strategic programs that
are paving the way for the entire industry. The summit is also coupled with the
GAYVN Awards and promises to be a smashing event.
It will be held
February 22nd through 24th, and the combined strength of AEBN and Naked Sword
will be represented by Mike Herman, Chris Baker, Jeffrey Richmond, and Holly
Ruprecht.
Costa Rica Bash 2007 will be happening February 22nd
through the 25th at Jaco Beach, Costa Rica, and will be a great event for the
adult industry. Combining the ripe-for-networking aura of the usual lavish
parties with informational seminars, the Bash will provide all of its attendees
with enough work and play to make it worth the trip. AEBN's director of Sales
and Marketing, Jerry Anders, will be
