It's a new day and age at Naughty America as we have opened up our program to Pay Per Signup!  We are offering affiliates the option of a $30 flat payout per signup. We hope this will help those affiliates that enjoy a PPS business model. You can read more about the Pay per signup option below. Additionally in this newsletter, we address the current state of the 2257 law and the recent set backs with wiring our money to ePassporte. You can read about all 3 of these important announcements below.

Naughty America Goes PPS:
We are now offering $30 per signup, on trials and fulls.
For the first time we have decided to offer the pay per signup option to all of our affiliates. We have always strived to build a long lasting business relationship with every single one of you. Having a revenue share business model allows us to do just that. 60% to you as the affiliate and 40% to us. However, to invite more affiliates in, and to make our current affiliates happy that prefer the Pay Per Signup business model we have decided to allow a $30 PPS amount on all sales.

As many of you know that on average the return using 60/40 revshare is much greater than $30 per signup. However, how long do you have to wait for that return? With PPS you can make more investments and get a direct return that you are guaranteed will be there up front allowing you a more precise ROI. Though we do not condone a PPS business model, we have received several requests for it and would now like to open it up to you as affiliates of Naughty America.

Since PPS is appealing to a lot of affiliates some of you may be worried about saturation. To curtail the saturation of affiliates in the market promoting Naughty America, we have decided to limit it to 50 affiliates to start. Once we reach that cap the affiliates will be reviewed and we will allow 50+ more. We are notifying you as our current affiliates ahead of time so that you may have first chance at the PPS business model. To get the buz out there we will be announcing balloon payments associated with pay per signup next week along with it's launch.

2257 Secure:
We at Naughty America have strived to keep ourselves fully comliant with the 2257 laws. We are fully compliant and we have been since the laws inception. Since it's inception we have worked with our affiliates to help them become complaint with us.

In June of 2005 we set up our Certified Gold Affiliate system which provides access to the 2257 information of our models for affiliates who need to access their records. We only require 3 simple things to make you certified with us. 1st is a contract with us agreeing that model documentation is up to you as and affiliate and the modeling info once downloaded is your responsibility. The 2nd, your agreement to post a 2257 hyperlink at the bottom of your page which provided a statement stating all the models were 2257 compliant and your business information. The 3 rd and final requirement is that you download the 2257 records in order to maintain your own records and become compliant.

Currently you should be looking at how to become a Naughty America Certified Gold Affiliate if you are not one already. Our certified affiliates not only get access to all of our content and promotional material, but, as a certified Affiliate, you get access to our 2257 information, plus a dedicated compliancy officer from our company to work with you one on one.

If you already are a Naughty America Certified Gold Affiliate, this recent change to the law means that no matter who you are or where you are in the world, it is now mandatory that all your pages containing our hardcore content include a hyperlinked 2257 statement at the bottom of each of those pages and you make a reasonable effort to keep records of any hardcore content.

ePassporte Payment Delays:
The epassporte wire has been delayed and will be paid out on Monday April 20 th due to a problem with our bank wire sent last week just before the holidays. The payments for last week will be made on Monday. As soon as we recover the funds from the wire sent last week, which tentatively should be Monday or Tuesday, we will send this weeks payments out.
