Blazernetwork hosting?

I'm building TGP galleries and free sites and I need paid hosting for new domain. I need extreme bandwidth. I want some company where I can easily upgrade my hosting plan (start with shared plan and upgrade to dedicated).
And of course price is important factor :)
Does anyone use or know anything about Blazernetwork hosting (I like their Extreme plan) their prices are nice but I will appreciate more suggestions.
