Where's Craig from TGP Wizards?

Anyone here know where Craig from TGP Wizards went? I've been e-mailing him for over a week and they keep bouncing back to me. I've tried ICQ'ing him but he's not been on.

I'm a premium member of his TGP Wizards program and would love to know what's going on with him as I have an urgent matter I'd like to take care of.
