strange PR

My linklist http://www.weboflinks.com has a PR3 on index and main page and PR2 on all category pages except one category(fetish) that has PR4......isnt that abit strange? I didnt think ya could have more PR anywhere on a domain than the root had?

That is perfectly normal. For awhile my rules page had a higher PR then my root page, lol.

I want to open my LinkList(weboflinks) for site submits and so on again, cause I think it has some potential since its hardy got any sites listed and still is PR3-4......how should I do to get it going? I accually have the sitye submit page up and has always had but noone is submitting to me :/ I dont have much traffic but google visits regulary and I could pass on some PR to the sites :)
