What script do you use to place copyright labels on images?

Maybe I misunderstood...I use it for watermarks they aren't visible to the naked eye but they can be detected by PSP and others that work with layers.
I use a little freeware app that does it, but I'm on a Mac so that probably doesn't help you at all.

Thanks Cleo and Surfin. I think I found what I needed at

I was wanting to place a text caption on a batch of images.

Photoshop will also do this if it is just text. Photoshop does not do an image for copyright so that is why I use something else.

I don't think you can process a batch with Photoshop. I'll break out the "Dummies Book" and see if I can learn how.
Sure you can, but batch droplets are much easier to make in ImageReady since all you do is turn the history of what you have done into a droplet.
Photoshop also has the make gallery under the Automate menu, but it puts the pics on HTML.

Arles (http://www.digitaldutch.com/arles/) will watermark/caption your images too and it's hella less expensive than Photoshop (though photoshop is a killer app). |afro|

Cleo; I just want to say thanks for your help. I took my Photoshop books to bed with me last night and read up on droplets. Damn! Using them will save lots of time.
However, I used Reawatermark to accomplished my task. It stamped about 5k of images in about 30 minutes and made new directories for them.
Again, thanks to all of you for sharing your info with me.
