What headache medicine do you use?

Usually, if I can get to the gym I don't get headaches.

But, I've been getting them a lot lately.

Went to CVS and got tylenol, excedrin, aleve, and ibuprofin.

I *think* I nailed down what was causing the headaches.

I noticed excedrin helped pretty quickly. I just thought of this as I was posting it. :D

It has caffeine. I have certain periods of days where I have huge amounts of coffee then just my regular morning cup.

I guess I just need to drink more coffee all the time. |jester|

Anways, do you have a particular headache medicine of choice?

Sometimes I just take like 1 of each to cover all bases. Fuck what doctors say.

Water, only water.

I always drink water and I never get headaches. If I get a headache, then I probably haven't had any water so it's just to take couple of glasses and it's over in a little while :)

its a combo:

250 Tylenol
250 Aspirin
65 Caffeine

BTW, used the M3 razor 1st time today and it is quite good.

I usally try hard liquor first, but if that doesn't work then Extra Strength Tylenol usally seems to do the job :)

The razor is a big hit with hubby. You can get bulk blades at Costco. It does shave a lot closer.

Headache - It's allergy season - take an allergy otc med. Pseudophed is just a decongestant - you need something with an antihistamine in it for sneezing, itchy eyes, etc. If you take chlorphenamate - <sp?> it will make you tired.

The new "tension" headache meds are just tylenol, aspirin and caffeine. So, I just make my own.

I take 3 ibuprophen for headaches, but the best cure for me when I really get a bad headache is sex. Hard to believe, but it does work.

I buy the generic stuff, it's just as good.

Also, squeeze the fatty part of skin/tissue between your thumb and pointer finger really hard and that helps with headaches - accupressure point. This is just temporary relief, doesn't last.

Also, if you know someone who has a "real" job - see if they have "Pain Aid" packets. These work really well for me. The ingredients are:

Acetaminophen 110 mg, Aspirin 162 mg, Salicylamide 152 mg and Caffein 32.4 mg.

Did you ever see The Bird Cage with Robin Williams and that other guy - remember Hank Azarria giving the other guy his SPIRIN pills? and he said it was aspirin with the "A" scratched off!

I have no allergies.

Yeah- can get the blades at BJ's or Cosco's.

Also, Ebay sells the shit like crack.
