I've had this idea for a site that I've been working on for a while now. My question to you guys is this, should I work on doing free sites for a while to get some experience under my belt or should I get someone to help me design a paysite?

Also, any good books to read in learning how to set up sites?

Thanks in advance!

Yes, most of the answers I've seen to this type of question is to start out by building freesites, learn how to get traffic, and how to sell, before jumping into a paysite.

As far as good books for setting up sites, the web is loaded with all you need to know. That said, I'm sure there are books on the subject.

I'd think free sites would be the way to go to get your feet wet, because Link Lists owners tend to be a little more forgiving on submits & not too many require partner or paid accounts to submit.

Plus you can always come here & post if you have questions :)
