Credit Card Processor

I am looking for a reputable credit card processor for our sites. With all the funa nd games lately this is a bit of a scary issue for me. We are using a South African processor (as we are in SA!) but would like to offer billing in US$ and if possible, in other currencies asw well.

Any help would be highly appreciated.

My first reaction would be to say CCBill.

But I am not sure if they will deal with SA.
