View Full Version : Things you always seen to lose and never have enough of no matter how many you buy
For me it's socks, white t-shirts, rechargeable batteries, and ballpoint pens.
Anybody have anything else to add to the list?
I'm going shopping soon ;)

Socks, blank CD's, scissors *i can never find a pair when i need them*.. dick pictures. |roses|
and at work, which is where i'm at right now,
decent pendaflex files that have been used 2K times so they are worn out, torn etc and my #1 loss at work, fed-ex envelopes..every time i get a new supply.. someone "borrows" one or 2 instead of simply getting a new package for themselves in our mail room.

It would be hats for me. |pirate I have a white baseball hat fetish and can never seem to get enough of them.
Also most of the people I hang out with are lighter thiefs, |batman so lighters would have to be 2nd on my list.
Not to mention like docholly the damn scissors. |angry|
^ That's the one that really pisses me off ^
WHERE THE HELL ARE THE GOD DAMN SCISSORS !!! |angry|
Rings through out my house on a regular basis...

SirMoby's Tips and Tricks
When you buy socks buy 10 identical pairs at the same time. Then when you loose 1 sock you have 9 pairs. If you loose 2 socks then you still have 9 pairs.
Plus you can always grab 2 socks in the dark and they'll match. I've actually ended up at work wearing 1 black wing tip and 1 brown wing tip. I'm so happy to work from home now |bananna|
Remote controls :(
The good thing now is more and more products are coming out with built in control finder thingies :)
I'd say condoms but then I'd be lying to myself |jester|

Hmm, well for me lighters are never a problem. I don't ever buy them but i always seem to have plenty. (All your lighters are here |waves| )
I do have the problem with socks as others have brought up. But...
I have another problem though.... it is really a wierd one. The teaspoons keep dissappearing. But they never seem to go away slowly. One day there will be a bunch and then a couple weeks later, even after the dishes are done and put away..., they are all gone. Do people take them in the same way people take lighters?
Or, is there a place they hide in the sink simmilar to socks in the washing machine? hmm.
any thoughts or am i the only one with disappearing teaspoons?

No matter how many times I buy a new one, it seems that every week I loose it again.
