If you havent heard - someone (a friend and adviser to Bush) has secretly recorded conversations with Bush during his first run at the White House where he basically admits using drugs (cocaine and weed) and it was picked up by all the major newspapers over the weekend.

Not that we didnt already know, but should he be held to the same standard as Clinton now that it seems he has lied in his official capacity as the president?

I know what he was referring to, but he is already not being held in the same standard since Clinton was impeached over lying about a blow job and Bush was elected (not re elected since he was appointed the first time) over lies that have killed 1500 or so US Solders.

If they are not going to hold them to the same standards on this minor issue why on earth would smoking weed be different?
