Has anyone see/used this site:

I was rejected for trading traffic with someone becasue my site got a bad rating there.
It turns out it gave my site a bad rating because I had a rotating banner script from pecash.com I removed the script and now it gives my site a "very good" rating.
Any opinions on this?
