I just recieved the email saying my movie gallery I submitted will be listed on the hun anywhere from 1 day to 1 month. what should I expect in the way of traffic and sign ups?

congrats with your listing at the hun, you said you have an movie gallerie there? expect an hugeeeeeeeeee burn on bandwidth, grin me still laughin about myself, my host asked me to pul the gallerie (also an movie one ) because it slowed down the server, but then i was stubburn, well stubburn...i was right, i had the bandwidth and i pay for it so i also will use it, sign ups it depends how good your movies are and which niche, my best for pics at the hun was with an gallery 1.167 with movies 1.545 and my worse was 1.54.000 in pics mmmm dont have an worse in movies...yet

I don't know what browser you use to see the gallery, but for me it looks crappy on both IE and FF. I would put width=1 in the table tag holding your screencaps.

What you should expect from "The Hun" is traffic, a lot of it... other than this...well, I have no idea...

I don't know about movie galleries, but I got a pic gallery listed on the hun and it sent me 60,000 uniques in one day. Amazing site!

i did not know the standard and i didn't have anything to edit them with. is that a hun rule or just some kind of design standardif i get listed there with 5 movies each 10 or 12 seonds all can get listd with that, it will burn alot of bandwidth thats for sur, you cant change it, just watch and learn from it, thats the best way, if you will noticed it will burn to much and it will cost you post on the hun forum or email them to remove thegallerie and explain, if you sell good nothing to omplain then, but you made a huge mistake to put movies on which are 1 minute each...just keep your eye on it and if wrong post on their board

A few years ago I burned over 100gigs of bw over a weekend on the Hun with an unoptimized 12 pic gallery. Be glad that bandwidth costs are dramatically lower than back then, or else we'd suggest a second mortgage.

I usually do well with the Hun's traffic but I've learned not to submit stuff using sponsors that are all over the place. This last gallery I did decent but nothing amazing. It was kind of a boring gallery, just a pretty tranny fucking a guy. It didn't help that CCBill had some problems and it was run on a big American holiday.

I guess because I only submit exclusive content he seems to run a gallery or two each month of mine. He also sometimes runs my stuff if the overflow section. Still decent traffic and it seems to convert a bit better then his main page does.

Really I rarely use up the BW that I buy each month so how much BW a gallery burns is irrelevant to me.

wow i didnt see they were a minute, hun is great traffic for my niche, sales anywhere from 1-20 my ccbill sponsors always do better last got 20 sales but 400gigs of BW 300K uniques 4million hits, average 150K uniques 200+gigs BW...with 1 min clips you will burn tons of BW :D so make sure you alert your host if you are on virtual hosting so they can prepare. good luck! the hun is a fun experience :)

and ya want to know what each persone does for signups well my worst with movie gal is 4 best 27 but that comes few and far between usually avg it out to about 8-10

I didn't know he sent out decline emails...all I've ever gotten was acceptance emails.

I get about one to five signups per gallery listed on the hun.

Then my gallery either gets listed or it doesn't, plain and simple with no emails.

But with this 2257 crap and that the |skyfall| doesn't really matter anyway.

the information the hits is coming from my webalizer stats it nows says 43. but i still don't see is possible that webalizer is mistaken because I have been checking thehun.net for my gallery since i got the email and i don't think it has ever been listed. I say that becasue apparently I have received additional traffic but it still isn't on the page.

The last gallery I had listed at TheHun did the same thing, got a "blip" of traffic one morning about 3 days before it was listed.

I think that blip is his bots checking to make sure the page is viewable from multiple parts of the world -- just so someone doesn't fake out his main bot and get a ton of free traffic when he turns the traffic pump on.
