Are you referring to someone that is cloaking for a valid reason or someone that you think is using cloaking to better their SE rankings? If its for the SE rankings, I doubt you would be able to tell they were cloaking in most cases (the good ones are extremely hard to detect)
If its someone that you know is cloaking and its for a valid reason, what would you want to do about it? I dont know of any rules that say you cant cloak - just depends on what you serve up :)

Just wait them out.
They all get removed eventually.

I mean cloaking for a better SE position. I mean those guys which own position 1-100 to all relevant keywords of a special sponsor.
The spider gets a site with keywords, without graphics and tables. And the surfer gets a nice designed site.
I don't believe that google cares a lot about all the spam reports.

Would someone be kind enough to define cloaking?
Reason I'm asking is that I've good 1st page rankings for about 10 phrases but someone else has exactly the same title but on a different domain!
So what I hear you all say...
Do a search for brunette porn links
My site is 2nd, but look at the 7th listing. That is not my domain but is clearly my title.
This is the same for another 9 phrases.
Is this cloaking by someone else to gain good placement?
I don't have a copyright notice on my site so I suppose I can't do anything about it. Or can I?
Any thoughts appreciated.
Lisa.

Lisa,
These diks dont care about copyright notices:(
"It" has "stolen" your title/meta tags/pages and now redirects the versions he has on line.
Go here and report "it"

I know there's a couple other webmasters originally from the North East too.
Where you from?
I know Paul Mondo (http://www.mondoerotica.com/) is originally from the North East, but that's about it.
