Happy Friday everyone!!!

As you know last week this time I was saying I was on ther South Beach Diet, as of last Saturday (3 days after starting the diet), I was down 7 lbs.

I didnt drink any beer last weekend or Friday, but this Saturday Ill be getting it on pretty good, count me in for Monday as well.

Hopefully Ill have shaved off 10 lbs going into Saturday or Im gonna be pissed!

It's Friday OK so I'm taking it easy...

I'll open the television at 3pm, take a class of cold white wine, and start to watch re-run of Lovejoy - have you Americans never seen it? English serial that tells about antique seller Lovejoy.

After that I don't know except my wife comes back from Sweden after 4pm. Is she going to bring me any presents? I believe so, maybe a big bottle of Stolishnaya vodka, or Absolut, if they happened to sold out of Stoli. |bananna|

Hmmm, the South Beach Diet, so you eat nothing but gay men I guess. |crazy|

I was a fat child and I put on weight real fast as an adult. The only thing that I have ever found worked for me is working out regularly and eating foods that I enjoy, but that I can also eat whenever I'm hungry, so I choose my food carefully when I grocery shop.

We're having my wife's cousin's wedding here at the house tomorrow - I think they have 50 chairs for the 120 people that will be showing up - LOL

I have absolutely nothing going on this weekend. I am just saving up for the wedding at our house in a couple of weeks.

GG, hope you and The Bitch have fun on your cousin wedding, I have a really close brazilian friend with is in my house for while that just got married two months ago with a american guy, he make question to do a big party and everything, after 30 days he decide that don't want be married anymore and they are doing the divorce, she was devastate but much better now thank God.

Hi Amber438, yet I agree with you, since she is here at my house I did get very much involved with her problem and pain, nights without sleep well, she even slept with me on my bed on the first day of the impact, was crying like a kid and I gave to her a calmant then she could sleep. But she is a strong women and very spiritual too,she has two teeanager boys 15 and 12, wonderful kids by the way,my kids and her kids get along so well with not even one problem. I am open a business with her, don't want to say nothing for the moment but it will be real good I have no question, is nothing porn but we will definetely have a website that I am designing already. Well that is the story guess I talk too much on the board for one day, lol, she just call me from the pool so...I'll relax for hour, its Friday right!

Hey GG you might as well throw those chairs out, no need to have 70 people standing around pissed at the other 50..
