Hi all,
I have manually collected 600 adult flash games and cartoons from all over the internet for adult arcade sites and now I`m selling this package. The games are in action/puzzle/adventure/cartoons categories and there are no duplicates at all. There are also high quality thumbnails for each game. Every game is manually checked, so you`ll get 100% functional high quality game package for your arcade site. You can certainly collect all of this games yourself, but in case you will buy this package you don`t have to waste your time for looking good games and to create good screen shots.
The price for this great package is only 20$. I accept payment via paypal only. Please do not hesitate to PM for more questions.

"manually collected" ?? Meaning what? You found them on various websites and made a package of other peoples games to sell with no re-sell rights?

What re-sell rights are you talking about? You are paying for the time I spend collecting this games, do you understand? :)
But as I said you certainly can collect all this flash games yourself :)
Good luck dude :)

drakeI think the question is do you legally have he right to sell those games, or by "manually collected" do you mean they fell off the back of a truck?

Do you mean that these are all free public domain Flash games that anyone can download for themselves at no cost? So what you've done is just spent the time downloading them and putting them in one archive, and what you're doing is just selling the service you've performed?
Depending on the exact copyrights covering the 600 games, you may or you may not be able to do that legally. Do you have the copyright statements on file somewhere so we can see what restrictions may be in place? If you've researched and documented the copyrights, and there are no restrictions on reselling them packaged this way, then you may have a product worth what you're asking.

The games in the package are free for use, almost all flash arcade sites use this games, so I don`t need any resell rights to sell this package. As I said you are paying for my time :)
If you`ll start an arcade site you will have to collect all this games yourself, or pay someone who will collect the games for you, as I said it is up to you! :) Does it makes sense for you now?

Yes, you are right, you can collect the games yourself at no cost, you can also spend your time for creating good thumb for every game. Lets say you will spend 5 minutes for preparing one game for your site (download it, create the thumb, adjusting the thumb in photoshop and so on).
This way, how much of your time will be saved by 20$ ?:)

It's never the $20 that concerns us here.
Have you ever had your host served with a DMCA Take-Down Notice because you had content on your site which belonged to a copyright-holder who hadn't given you permission to use it? How about having that happen while you're away on a trip and by the time you see the notice, your host has already removed your website from the Net?
Sure, once you get back and remove the content in question, they can put your site back on the Net. And let's say you only make a few hundred dollars a day from your website and you're only offline for a day or two. But now how much would I have saved by buying something for $20 without the needed copyright documentation? Or would I have lost some money, and some search engine traffic, and maybe some link trades that got killed when the site went offline temporarily?
Not everyone gets this point.
Even if you were home when the DMCA Notice was received, you'll still have to spend time locating and removing the content on your site(s), and responding to the Notice so you don't get your site shut down.
Are we still deducting all this from the $20 savings..?
So... do you have the copyright documentation for these 600 games?

Drake, what you're doing is illegal.
I don't think you understand that you can't use this stuff for commercial purposes without a legal license.
Do you think that this is a surfer board.

...As I said you are paying for my time...drake knows EXACTLY what she's doing, because she keeps saying that over & over.
I kinda feel bad for her :(
