I have to go to the DMV today to renew my driver's license.
I would rather have root canal work done.

I hear ya. I had to go renew my plate yesterday.. wait and wait and wait and wait and wait... i'm sure you get the point.

I hate it there!

Once a month the local DMV is open on Saturday, which means it's closed on Monday, and opens early on Friday. (It took an incredible committee to come up with that, I just know it.) We were in the door at 7:30 when it opened, and out the door at 8:30. One of the longest hours of my life.

I flunked the eye test, per usual, and the woman had trouble coping with "I was born that way, I've never been able to read out of my left eye." I had to sign a paper.

The cameras were wigging out, so all of the nice people who wore glasses (like moi) had to take them off for the pictures.

Luckily, I won't have to do this again for a decade or so.

Thats incredible. Sometimes Im just not too sure about humans!!! HAHA

At least the wait was only 1 hour.. could have been worse |santa|
