What can you say about it? I would really appreciate any advices you can give how to promote it or how it must look like? What should I add to the site?

I think it looks good
your trade traffic link goes back to your index page.
Would you like to trade links?

I like it. I'd take the links at the top out (to the categories I guess it is) since those pages are empty. And when they do fill up put that at the bottom. Those are archives I assume. The New links should be the focus of the page.
