Has anything happened?

I have been totally offline for the past 2 and half months, due some big changes in my life, but now things have cleared up so I am slowly setting up all my domains again and was just wondering if there has been some radical changes in the general rules for free sites and galleries etc as I have been away. Would not be fun to get caught by some blacklist the first thing I did :)

I can't think of anything major that's happened in the recent months. Most of us are just plugging along as usual :)
