I've had a submitter account there for as long as I've been in this business and today I saw that they have gone to paid only submits.
http://submit.book-mark.net/index.html

They were a good traffic source for me for many years, but I don't think I want to go the paid route with them, at least not now.

They regularly pick up my galleries from another site I submit to. I've never submitted to them per se.

Same, he picks up some of my galleries from elsewhere.

$10 per gallery? A lot of people going paid submits lately but too many payments can make one broke. LOL Hmmm, really if you think about it you need to make 1 sale every 3 galleries, 2 to make profit.

Hey there...
Do you foks consider it ok for a TGP to harvest galleries from other TGPs? Obviously it is another traffic source for you and it keeps you from having to submit to every TGP under the sun. But I wasn't sure if that was frowned upon or not. A low traffic site like mine doesn't get the best subs out there, and I'm tired of weeding through the free hosted galleries of my 4 million sponsors.

If so, maybe I'll start harvesting from Mark...

Different owners have different opinions on "borrowing" links.

Personally I love it when my galleries get used at other TGPs but some gallery builders do not like it.

As for the TGP that I run I don't care if my listings are borrowed. Same goes for my link list. More places with my recip is how I look at it.

Some people do not like it but if you take a few from different sites you should have no problems. It's when a TGP owner takes every link from another descriptions and all.

I have no problem with people taking links from my sites

as long as your site looks completly different from mine
and as long as you dont use my decriptions

really linking to a site is sort of a free speach matter
nobody can tell you who you can and cant link to

I too used some links here and there on the lists that use webmaster descriptions i just carried them over, but to a point when they got so lame that i redone most of them..

and the lists that write custom descriptions i redone those because out of respect and plus it takes a long ass time to do..

If I wrote the description at my lists then I would care if someone copied them, but 98% of the time it is the submitter that wrote the title and description so they are not my creation.

I have to really like the site and the description has to be really bad seeing as I'm lazy, it's easier to hit decline.

Tommy writes kick ass descriptions. I like surfing his site just to read his descriptions. :D
