It has been awhile since I've accepted sub domains and I'm still finding them and removing them.

I'm a slave to my LL database. :(

just blacklist the emails that submit them

Sub-domains might be easy to delete if the database is in a text file - just download it, open it in textpad, search & mark all "http://www" & then the ones that are not marked with the little triangle on the left should, in a perfect world, be all the sub domains. Of course, I say "perfect world" because I'm assuming that al the non-sub-domains will have www in there - you will of course see a few that are http://domain.com - but iat least it'll give you a jump on things :)
