hi, I'm new, and got simple question: is it better to use 10 recips on a freesite warning page or 6 recips...?

There's not really a better or worse with recips.

I believe you'll get listed pretty much everywhere with 6 or 10, provided you lay them out nicely and the rest of your site follows the rules.
