GreenguyandJim's Help Desk
As most of you know, GreenguyandJim has a Help Desk for problems you may be having with sponsors.
Recently, there have been a large number of webmasters using the Help Desk that have been in constant contact with a sponsor and decide to ask us to intervene only because they are not hearing what they want to hear. Or, the webmaster comes to us before they even attempt to communicate with the sponsor.
Remember, write to the sponsor first. Always be professional and courteous. And, most importantly, do not take your problems public until you have exhausted all of your resources. If you are not hearing what you want to hear, ask them for their phone number and give them a call. If none of this works and the Sponsor has stopped talking to you, by all means, use the GreenguyandJim Help Desk.
