Do You Need To Signup Again?
As you know by now, our Forum database took a crap last Tuesday evening. The reason for this was that GreenguyandJim's Hard Drive crashed.
For a lucky 200 of you, your account information is still in the database. But, for the rest, you will need to signup again. We know that this entire ordeal sucks. But, please bare with us.

Is It Copyrighted?
I think all of us have seen sites, galleries or pages that say something like, "All images are believed to be public domain". Let me ask, does this drive you as crazy as it does me?
And then there are people that say, "I used the images because there was no copyright on the site". Again...wrong.
Here is a simple rule about what is copyrighted and what is not. If you remember this, you can't go wrong. If, the site, gallery or page does not give specific permission to use their material, it is protected by copyright laws. The question of being copyrighted or not can't be much easier. So, the next time someone wants to borrow material from a site, make sure you have written permission to do so.
