Break Out Of Frames
Although it seems as if using Frames are a thing of the past, a lot of people still use them. Some for legitimate reasons and some for not so legitimate reasons. The last thing you want is a surfer viewing your site within someone else's frame. It makes bookmarking, almost impossible.
All you have to do is add this simple code inside your <body> tag and you will be breaking out of frames.
<body onLoad="if(self != top) top.location = self.location">
That's all it takes. No more Frames
