The Countdown Is ON!
On Wednesday, the 1st of October, we will be saying goodbye to our Old friend, MommaBig.
Some people have expressed concerns about it's whereabouts this last week. Of course, when the GreenguyandJim server went down, it took MommaBig with it. But, it is now back and running. There are still a few fine tuning to be done but it will be ready for some lucky winner reading this newsletter.
We have not yet worked out all the details for this contest but someone reading our newsletter will be the proud owner on October 1st.

~ Jim's Tips and Tricks ~
If It Ain't Broke, Don't Fix It
All the various Tip and Tricksters, including myself have often told you to keep your sites, galleries and banners fresh. While this is important, it is more important to know when you may need a face lift.
Watch your stats, your traffic coming in, going out and how many sales you are getting from an example gallery. You will want to make changes on future galleries only if you see your traffic/signup ratio dropping off. The same holds true of any sites you have built. Watch the stats to know how it is performing. If you have found the proper mixture of banners, design and content, run with it until it starts to die. And only then is it time to "keep it fresh".
Too many people are of the mindset of using a template only a few times. But, if you stumble upon a template that works well for your traffic, just keep using it until it starts to die.

I take the fact that there are now so many Tip and Tricks in other's newsletters as a compliment. :)
