Greenguy's Stats Released!
Yes, it's been a rough week for me & my stats

I started them last Saturday & had my spread sheet all set & ready for me to add categories. I then inserted a column, sorted the list by the paysite's name, hit save & exited. What I didn't realize is that it's only sorted the area to the left of my inserted column & not to the right - so nothing matched up! 4 hours of work down the drain

So I start over from scratch on Sunday, but I had a bit of the flu & football was catching my eye as I worked, so on the back burner they went.

Jim shows up on Tuesday & that meant drinking for a few days, so on the back burner they sit.

I open it back up on Thursday & get my spread sheet looking like it's supposed to. Next step is to make the html pages. I start working on this on Friday & realize I missed all the ARS sites. Seeing as they are my number 1 sponsor, I have to go back, edit the spread sheet, edit the html pages that I had completed already....yada yada yada...I finally finished things up this morning

This batch of stats covers Aug 1st thru Oct 31st - there are a few "lucky signups" in there as usual, but once again, I think the 3 month span will give everyone a much better idea of how things are converting.

Missing Images


Now and again while reviewing sites I come across pages with missing images or graphics. 9 times out of ten this is due to images being called from the local computer of the author, rather than the web server. Here is a simple way of checking for these errors once your site has been uploaded. Go to the directory on your local machine where the sites files are stored, temporarily change the name of the directory, now when checking the live version of your site, graphics won't be pulled from the local machine - this will allow you to identify missing images quickly!
