~ Jim's Tip And Trick ~ That's right...instead of a pet peeve, I am going to give you a tip and trick that many of you can use. Looking at our board, I see that clearly 1/3 of our registered members have not posted yet. Stop lurking and introduce yourself to everyone. Your good name is all you have in this business and if nobody knows who you are, nobody will know who they are doing business with. So get out there and post...even if it is just to say hello, let's start a conversation. Ask questions, post opinions, tell us something about yourself.
