Don't Mislead Your Surfers


When advertising a sponsor, honesty is always the best policy. One of the worst things you can do is claim that a sponsor has something that it doesn't. This is bad on many counts. The first is the surfer signs up for the site and doesn't find what you have advertised and will never purchase a membership from your site or galleries again. The sponsor will most likely have to give a refund or quite possibly there may be a chargeback.

Tell the surfers what the sponsor has, but never stretch the truth. If they don't have the Pam Anderson tape, don't claim they do. If they don't have the Paris Hilton tape, don't claim they do.

Being honest with surfers will go along way for you in the long run.
